• All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms!
• Our hotel car park is available at no charge

• Guests can use our wellness area with sauna, sanarium and steam room at no charge
• We are happy to provide anti-allergy bed linen for allergy sufferers. Please note that most rooms have carpeted floors.
• You are welcome to use our W-LAN throughout the hotel at no charge.
• Please note that around New Year’s Eve only our package including the New Year’s Eve gala dinner may be booked.

• from age 5 to 8 = 50%

Your room will be available on your day of arrival from 14:00 at the latest. Please vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure.

If you will be arriving after 18:00, please let us know in advance so that we can keep your room reservation for you.

You can pay for your stay in our hotel in cash, by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) or by EC card. Advance payments can be made by transfer to our bank account or by credit card.
   
     

Please note that dogs are only permitted in type B rooms. Please bring your own dog blankets to the hotel. There is a surcharge for dogs of €4.00 per day excluding food.

   

For the well-being of our guests, smoking is not permitted in our dining room or restaurant. We would like to inform you that all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony and after 21:00 in our restaurant.

   

• Advance payment of 20 % of the total amount 1 month before arrival at the latest (by bank transfer or by credit card)
• Cancellations are only valid in writing
• There will be no charge for cancellations made up to 1 month before arrival

Travel cancellation insurance

To avoid incurring any unnecessary costs for possible cancellation due to illness, death, job loss etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
